Descriptions of products, grades and packing are for information only. Prices, quantities and delivery dates bind us only in a written quotation or a confirmed order.

Requests and supply offers

Sending a quotation request or a supply offer from the website is not an agreement; an agreement is made after we contact you and confirm it in writing or in the portal.

Your portal account

Keep your sign-in details and verification codes secret and share them with no one. What is done from your account is taken as yours; tell us at once if you suspect someone used it.

Messages

By registering your number with us you agree to the service messages described in the privacy policy; you can stop the non-essential ones by replying STOP or by contacting us.
